AWARENESS THROUGH MOVEMENT


Whether you’re a yogi, an athlete, a recent mother or a desk bound office prisoner these gentle movements will benefit you greatly.

Movement sequences are and designed to optimize awareness of self-organization, which bring about significant improvements in posture, pain relief and recovery times. 

Awareness Through Movement (ATM) is a modality of the Feldenkrais Method, a method of somatic education based on biomechanics, learning development and neurophysiology. 

You’ll learn to move from a new place within yourself and to experience yourself with a much deeper quality. You will feel taller, more alive, aligned, flexible and peaceful, all without stretching! 

What it's not: a workout. Movement in ATM is gentle and slow. Rather than challenging you physically, you'll be challenging your attention, perception and kinesthetic intelligence. Nevertheless, you'll find that you're stronger and more coordinated for your own sporting activities.

Spaces are limited to 8 people, so make sure to book your spot.
The small group context allows for individual attention and corrections.
